We kindly request a few minutes of your time to please read through this information and guidelines:

▪️    Breakfast is served daily at the Rooftop between 0800hrs – 1030hrs. If your departure is before 0800hrs, we kindly ask you to inform a member of our team at least a day before by 1530hrs, to make the necessary arrangements for a packed breakfast

▪️    VITA Rooftop is open Monday to Sunday from 0800hrs till late

▪️    WIFI is available for free throughout the whole property. Kindly connect to VITA Guest with the password freeinternet

▪️    Our Reception Front Desk is manned 24/7. To contact us, please dial 1000 from your room telephone

▪️    Outdoor access is permitted with no restrictions. To re-enter, however, please key-in the main door code, which was provided to you upon check-in. For security reasons you may be asked to provide identification upon access. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms unless documented whereas fees may apply

▪️ Check-out on departure is at 1100hrs. Please let us know if you wish to extend your check-out to a later time and when possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply. At the Front Desk, we can equally assist you in booking your transportation to the airport, or to your next destination

▪️    Room Cleaning is scheduled daily between 0900hrs and 1730hrs. If you do not require any cleaning, you are welcome to append the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your doorknob. In the case you require any basic amenities during non-operational times, please contact our Front Desk

▪️    Our Air-conditioning is set on one mode depending on the season. For the A/C sensor to function properly, all window doors must be properly shut. When the room reaches the set temperature as chosen on the panel, the system will be switched off automatically. If you wish to restart it, please increase/decrease the temperature

▪️  CCTV is present in all common areas and is monitored 24-hours-a-day

▪️  For your convenience, your room is equipped with a free electronic safety deposit box. Anything of value to you such as money, gadgets, jewellery, along with other possessions should not be left unattended in the rooms or in any of our venues and common areas. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to any possessions

▪️   A public First Aid Box is found on Level 9 just near the fire exit door or else at the Reception Desk

▪️ If you feel sick and require medical assistance, please call our Front Desk. If you believe that this is an emergency, dial the Emergency Free Phone 112 immediately

▪️    If you are using an elevator and it gets stuck, please use the emergency button to contact a member of our team

▪️    If the fire alarm starts ringing, please adhere to the emergency evacuation procedure which is found behind your main door. Proceed to the main exit by using the steps, not the lift, and wait for a member of our team to direct you at the Assembly Point, which is found just outside the main entrance to your right

▪️    If you notice a fire or smoke, please use the Emergency Fire Panel to trigger the alarm. Please adhere to the emergency evacuation procedure which is found behind your main door and proceed to the Assembly Point, just outside the main entrance to your right

▪️   In the case of Fire, Break-In, or any other Emergency, please dial the Free Phone 112 from any phone

▪️    We would highly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the Community Guidelines of St. Julians:
-    Noise levels need to be brought to a low level after 2300hrs
-    Where applicable, hanging of clothes, towels, etc., is not allowed on the window of your room

▪️    Decent attire must be worn in all Hotel common indoor areas

▪️    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Smoking indoors comes with a fine of €250
